Book the Raft Early
The combo ticket covers entry and shuttle buses but not the raft. Raft tickets sell out in peak season, so book days ahead on the official site.
Footwear & Stairs
Stone steps get slippery after rain — wear grippy shoes. Tianyou has many stairs, so combine the cable car with walking.
Buying Tea
Street dahongpao at inflated prices is usually ordinary tea — buy from reputable tea houses or factories, and always taste first.
