2. Buddha Light Avenue

   Walk from the main gate along the Buddha's Light Avenue — a roughly one-kilometer central axis lined with sutra pillars and Buddha statues, ending at the towering Namaste Relic Pagoda; the avenue feels solemn and majestic, like a pilgrimage path. About 30 minutes. Why this route: Buddha's Light Avenue creates a devout pilgrimage atmosphere, leading step by step toward the Relic Pagoda with a strong sense of ritual.
3. Hands-joined Stupa

   about 570 m (straight line) from the previous stop · Sight

   Enter the He Shi Dagoba (148 meters tall, shaped like palms pressed together): the Buddha's finger bone relic is enshrined inside, and you can take the elevator up to pay respects; the interior is golden and solemn. About 1 hour. Why this route: Venerating the Buddha's finger relic is the core of a Famen Temple visit; the world's only true finger relic is here, a rare blessing.
4. Famen Temple Pagoda

   about 610 m (straight line) from the previous stop · Sight
5. Treasure Museum

   about 110 m (straight line) from the previous stop · Sight

   Visit the old Famen Temple and the True Relic Pagoda (site of the Tang underground palace), then the Treasure Hall: over 2,000 Tang artifacts such as gold and silver ware, mi-se porcelain, glassware, and silk, each exquisitely made and offered by the Tang royal family. About 1.5 hours. Why this route: The Tang artifacts in the Treasure Hall are of the highest grade, and national treasures such as mi-se porcelain are breathtaking.
