Yancheng Spring & Autumn Park, a national 5A scenic area in Wujin District, Changzhou, is built around the Yancheng Ruins, a nationally protected heritage site dating to the late Spring & Autumn period (c. 2,700 years ago). Its three concentric city walls and three moats — the most complete surface city plan of the era surviving in China — have earned it the title “China's No. 1 Water City”. Combining the ruins park, a Spring & Autumn theme park and a wild-animal safari world, it packs heritage, pageantry and wildlife into a single rewarding day.
