Two separate Yin Xu sites
The new museum and the palace-temple ruins are separate sites with separate tickets — don't mix them up; the museum needs a booking and closes Mondays.
Getting to the canal
The canal is in Linzhou, about 1h from the city; use official buses or a hired car — skip street touts.
Cliff-walk gear
The Youth Tunnel section has many steps and walkways; wear grippy shoes, carry water, and use sunscreen in summer.
Writing Museum entry
Free entry with your ID; opening days can vary, so check the official notice before visiting.
