Zhenjiang Three Mountains Guide

Real coordinates · smooth curved route
Jinshan, Jiaoshan and Beigushan — known together as the 'Jingkou Three Mountains' — line up along the Yangtze River in Zhenjiang and form a 5A-rated scenic area. Jinshan is famed as the setting of the legend 'Flooding the Golden Mountain', with Cishou Pagoda crowning the hill; Jiaoshan is an isle in mid-river sheltering the finest stele forest in Jiangnan and the calligraphic treasure 'Epitaph of the Entombed Crane'; Beigushan carries the ancient title 'the First Land under Heaven', where Ganlu Temple witnessed Liu Bei's legendary wedding and Beigu Tower inspired Xin Qiji's immortal line 'Where to look upon the Divine Land?' The three mountains lie close together, comfortably visited in a day or a day and a half.
