About 1 hour. Why this route: Couple Peak is the symbol of Taimu Mountain, and Yixiantian is the most fun experience.

    Climb Moxiao Peak (the highest peak of Taimu Mountain): from the summit you can see the East China Sea; when shrouded in mist it's like a fairy mountain on the sea, with bizarre rocks all around. About 1.5 hours. Why this route: from the top, see the mist of the "Fairy Capital on the Sea" framed with the ocean.

    Descend and tour Jiuli Stream: clear water and a quiet gorge; take a bamboo raft drift, with green hills like a painting on both banks. About 1.5 hours. Why this route: raft and play in the water after climbing—a perfect end to the mountain-and-sea trip.
