Navigating the resort
The resort is enormous—lakes in the morning, hills in the afternoon. Buy shuttle tickets at official gates only; ignore touts.
Book tickets ahead
In peak season (May–Oct), book resort and temple tickets online in advance; walk-ups may queue or face daily caps.
Temples are spread out
The temples sit far apart—taxi or bus between them. Pick two highlights a day instead of rushing all of them.
Wear comfortable shoes
Both the resort and Qingshui Peak mean serious walking—flat shoes are a must, with plenty of stairs in the hill areas.
